Can you help me with a refund?

Unfortunately, Tebex does not issue refunds for such transactions. This is because of the unique characteristics of digital transactions, where goods and services are consumed instantly and cannot be returned in the same condition as physical items.

Can you help me with a declined payment?

If you have received an error stating your payment has been declined, please create a support ticket and add your tbx ID.

Can i edit your maps?

No! You can only edit textures or logos in the resources where it is specified on the CFX post!

How do I receive purchased resources?

Resources are delivered using Keymaster!

I haven't received the purchased resource, what can I do?

Make sure you have connected the right CFX account at the time of purchase.

I need more info about some MLO, what can I do?
